Document checklist

  • COA Useful for quality comparison across lots.
  • phytosanitary certificate Route-specific import requirements should be checked before shipment planning.
  • certificate of origin Confirm destination wording requirements.
  • fumigation certificate Include only when route or buyer requires it.

Commercial Review

Commercial terms remain supplier-confirmed after current lot, route, and document review.
